(Blackburn, 16 July 2014) – Global education technology company Promethean has launched a new version of its award-winning ActivInspire Professional Edition classroom software which now includes improved functionality and the capability to integrate with ClassFlow. ClassFlow is the all-in-one teaching platform for synchronizing classroom devices and orchestrating lessons across a connected learning environment.
Available immediately, ActivInspire 2.0 is an important milestone as it allows existing flipcharts to be imported into ClassFlow to create an even more dynamic and interactive learning experience. Teachers simply sign into their ClassFlow account from within ActivInspire Professional, enabling them to immediately share flipchart pages and send Express Poll questions to registered student devices. Similarly, students join the ActivInspire session using the free ClassFlow Student app or by logging in via a dedicated URL in a web browser.

Harnessing the power of ClassFlow, flipchart content can now be controlled remotely using the free ClassFlow Teacher Remote app. This allows teachers to move to the next or previous page of a lesson and pause a polling session – all without standing at the board or laptop.
