Promethean’s female-led marketing team took home the Gold Award for B2B Communications Campaign of the Year

Promethean has been named the winner of a Gold Stevie® Award in the Business-to-Business Communications Campaign of the Year category in the 17th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business. The winning campaign launched the company’s inaugural U.S. State of Technology report, an in-depth view of current classroom technologies, adoption, usage, and the trends that will shape the education industry in the future.

Led by Cheryl Miller, Promethean’s Chief Marketing Officer, the team executed a comprehensive marketing campaign to promote the industry report, comprised of traditional media relations, content marketing, and social media promotion. In all, the report has been downloaded by hundreds of edtech enthusiasts, and its findings have reached hundreds of thousands of readers and social media users.

“It’s an honor for our team to be recognized for the impact we’ve seen with the 2019 State of Technology Report,” said Cheryl Miller, CMO at Promethean. “Our goal as a company is to be at the forefront of what’s happening in education across the world, and this study allows us to share those insights with the industry.”

The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor women executives, entrepreneurs, employees, and the companies they run – worldwide. This year, more than 1,500 entries were submitted for consideration in more than 100 categories. The Stevie Awards have been hailed as the world’s premier business awards.

“In a year like no other in our lifetimes, we’ve produced a cohort of amazing, Stevie-winning women, organizations, and achievements like no other,” said Maggie Gallagher, president of the Stevie Awards. “At all times, our winners show themselves to be fearless and indomitable, but their leadership and example are especially valued this year.”
