Camp Promethean 2023

Camp Promethean is our annual day of free, virtual professional development for teachers across the globe. Camp Promethean sessions are led by our Education Consultant team, and we offer a wide variety of courses designed to help teachers best utilize the Promethean tools in the classroom in relevant, cutting-edge ways.
Sessions include ActivInspire, Promethean’s Classroom Essential Apps, STEM, ActivPanel Orientations and more. Sessions are held each hour on the hour, and attendees can choose from several different sessions that are being offered each hour.

Kayla Dornfeld
Kayla Dornfeld is the 2020 Top Educator of the Year, and the 2019 North Dakota Teacher of the Year. Kayla, who was recently recognized as both an “ISTE Influencer” and “HarperCollins Publishing Influencer”, has 14 years of teaching experience in second grade, third grade, and kindergarten.
Kayla has delivered hundreds of keynotes, one of note being at Twitter Headquarters, where she delivered her first TEDx Talk, Reimagining Classrooms: Students as Leaders and Teachers as Learners. Her work with classroom redesign and flexible seating has become the standard worldwide.
Kayla holds her master’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Dakota. In September 2018, she received the University of North Dakota Sioux Award, the highest honor of achievement offered by her University.
