Nicole Lipton
Chief HR Officer
Nicole Lipton joins as Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing over 20 years of experience leading human resources, talent development, and organizational effectiveness across global organizations.
She is responsible for the strategic direction of the company’s global people agenda, including talent acquisition, total rewards, diversity and inclusion, employee relations, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Ms. Lipton most recently served as Director of Talent and Human Resources at Delta Dental of Washington, where she led initiatives to strengthen culture, engagement, and performance.
Prior to that, she held leadership roles at Starbucks, Microsoft, and Oracle advancing enterprise learning, leadership development, and change management strategies. Ms. Lipton holds a Bachelor Of Science degree in Psychology from Washington State University and a Master of Arts, Mental Health Psychology from Antioch University
