Since being formed in 2016, the UKI Channel Team has continued to develop its offering to ensure partners are equipped with what they need to provide exceptional customer experiences. The backbone of this has been the Partner Accreditation Programme, which provides a structured and transparent approach while making it easier for distributors and resellers to do business with Promethean.
In more recent times, the team has risen to the challenge by evolving its channel offering to align with changing market needs. For example, the rapid development and deployment of the virtual demonstration programme proved critical in helping schools and business partners to continue making progress while on-site access was restricted.
Beyond the practicality of delivering flexible business operations, the UKI Channel Team’s personable approach gave partners reassurance and comfort during times of uncertainty. Regularly speaking to partners to check in on their health and wellbeing, the UKI Channel Team consistently demonstrates a level of care and compassion that sets it apart in the industry.
