We are thrilled to announce that Promethean has been shortlisted in two categories of the 2024 Education Resources Awards – ‘Classroom Teaching Aids’ and ‘Collaboration Between School & Supplier’!

Promethean put forward the ActivPanel 9 for the Classroom Teaching Aids category, which has duly been recognised as a deserving finalist. The ActivPanel 9 was commended for its ability to meet the needs of schools, teachers and students today.

This is the latest in a series of prestigious shortlists for ActivPanel 9, including the BETT Awards, Education Today Awards and AV Awards. It is testament to Promethean’s commitment in listening to more than 1,300 customers across the globe during the course of its development. ActivPanel 9 was designed to navigate a changing environment by delivering a user experience for hybrid, synchronous, and asynchronous learning, and integrating hardware and software in all scenarios.

For the ‘Collaboration Between School & Supplier’ category, Promethean’s partnership with the East Ayrshire local authority in Scotland has drawn recognition. Specifically, Promethean’s dedication in working with William Mcllvanney Campus and its teachers to help it become the first Promethean ambassador site in Scotland.

The Promethean ambassador award is part of SLA Accord, a focused programme that empowers Scottish local authorities to align digital strategy with pedagogy, equips teachers with key skills and confidence, and ensures edtech investments benefit the learners of tomorrow.

The shortlist in this category showcases Promethean’s continual innovation, and consistent willingness to provide exceptional support and guidance to match the quality of its hardware.

The Education Resources Awards are conducted in association with Brilliant Marketing Solutions and BESA, and are structured to highlight the quality of educational products and resources, excellent educational establishments and the most dedicated members of the teaching profession and supplier industry, all working together to encourage the very best in education.

The winners will be announced at a gala awards ceremony on Thursday 18th April 2024 at The National Conference Centre Birmingham. The full shortlist is available on the ERA website.

Good luck to all the finalists!
