St Bernadette’s School – Promethean Grant Case Study 2017

Published: April 13th, 2018

St Bernadette’s Primary is a Roman Catholic School based in the North Motherwell area of North Lanarkshire. St Bernadette’s entered the Promethean Grant last year and won!

They entered the grant because their edtech was dated and could no longer be used to its full potential. They knew they needed new technology to support the children’s learning, but budgets had very little budget, so this was the perfect opportunity for the school.

Since winning, the ActivPanel has come in very useful across the whole curriculum, particularly for interactive maths and literacy activities, it really helps to get the children engaged.

Read the full case study here which includes St Bernadette’s three top tips for the Promethean Grant!

The 2018 Promethean Grant is now LIVE. We will be giving away 30 ActivPanels for free to the 30 schools we think show the most innovation and creativity, along with their need for new edtech and the overall impact it will have. Apply for the Promethean Grant here.
