Education Resources Awards Names Promethean as Finalists in Two Coveted Categories

Promethean is thrilled to announce that it has been shortlisted in two categories at the Education Resources Awards. After recently winning Company of the Year at the Bett Awards 2019, this shortlist is testament to the hard work and determination Promethean has, and continues to, put into its education solutions.

The Education Resources Awards highlight the quality and diversity of educational products to encourage the very best in education. In its 21st year, the awards focus on the practical impact resources, services and people make on the working practice of teachers in the classroom.

Named as a finalist in the Education Exporter of the Year category, this is the perfect accolade to describe Promethean’s success on a global scale. Celebrating not only its market leading position, but also the sustainable partnerships it has developed internationally, through initiatives such as the Promethean Grant and the Sustainable Partnership Programme in Fiji.

Promethean has also been shortlisted in the Supplier of the Year category at the Education Resources Awards. Searching for educational suppliers who deliver high-quality products that are suitable for everyday teaching and learning needs, the ActivPanel stood out in this coveted category. With the ability to act as a learning solution that embraces technology and collaboration in the classroom, the ActivPanel range and the outstanding customer care Promethean offers received recognition for its impact in the educational environment.

Alistair Hayward, Promethean’s Head of UKI and ANZ Markets, commented: “We are incredibly pleased to be named as finalists in both Education Exporter and Supplier of the Year categories at the Education Resource Awards. Education is at the root of everything we do – to ensure we develop solutions that make everyday teaching and learning experiences seamless and beneficial to educators and learners. Being shortlisted in both categories is a real testament to our commitment.”

The winners will be announced on the 22nd March 2019, at the NEC in Birmingham.
