Promethean is inviting schools from across the UK and Ireland to celebrate all that’s positive about education and be in with a chance of winning one of 20 ActivPanels!
Open for entries from 22nd March 2021, the Classroom Stories competition aims to give schools, teachers, ICT managers and educators the opportunity to share their most inspiring education stories.
Alex Bramley, ‘Teacher of the Year’ from Spire Junior School, and Andrew Murden from edtech organisation, Naace, will be looking for the entries which demonstrate the most:
- Passion
- Innovation
- Imagination
Jim Wallis, Head of UKI at Promethean will also be on the judging panel. Commenting on why he feels Classroom Stories is more important than ever this year, he said: “We’ve run several competitions that give schools the opportunity to win the latest edtech. In fact, Alex Bramley, one of this year’s guest judges, was a winner in 2019.
“Everyone knows education has faced disruption, challenge, and uncertainty over the past 12 months. Despite this, we’ve seen first-hand how schools have consistently found innovative and inspiring ways to keep students engaged in learning while protecting well-being.
“These are the stories we want to hear. We’re looking for examples of positivity and passion that we can share far and wide to keep everyone’s spirits high as we move into the final terms of the year.”
Classroom Stories is open for entries until 25th June 2021. To enter, simply record a short video that is a maximum of two minutes and submit using the online form.
