We’re excited to announce that Promethean has been shortlisted in two categories for this year’s Bett Awards – ‘Collaboration with a School’ and ‘Hardware AV VR/AR Robotics or Digital Device’!
For ‘Collaboration with a School’, the company’s place as a finalist recognises its close partnership with the East Ayrshire local authority in Scotland. Specifically, Promethean’s dedication in working with William Mcllvanney Campus and its teachers to help it become the first Promethean ambassador site in Scotland.
The Promethean ambassador award is part of SLA Accord, a focused programme that empowers Scottish local authorities to align digital strategy with pedagogy, equip teachers with key skills and confidence, and ensure edtech investments benefit the learners of tomorrow.
It is representative of Promethean’s continual innovation, and commitment to developing solutions that transform learning, and delivering market-leading training and support for the ActivPanel.
In the ‘Hardware AV VR/AR Robotics or Digital Device’ category, ActivPanel 9 has been recognised for its ability to meet the needs of schools, teachers, and students today.
This latest award recognition for ActivPanel 9 follows recent shortlists in the Education Today and AV Awards, and is testament to Promethean listening to more than 1,300 customers across the globe in its development. ActivPanel 9 was designed to navigate a changing environment by delivering a user experience for hybrid, synchronous, and asynchronous learning, and integrating hardware and software in all scenarios.
Organised in association with Besa, the annual Bett Awards are a celebration of the inspiring creativity and innovation that can be found throughout technology in education.
The awards are a benchmark of education excellence and being selected as a finalist in two categories demonstrates Promethean’s continued commitment and contribution to the sector.
