(14 August 2017) – Promethean, the global education technology solutions provider, has been shortlisted in the Interactive Display Product of the Year category for its ActivPanel at the 2017 AV Awards.
The ActivPanel is an advanced interactive flat panel display (IFPD) which is powered by ActivConnect, a revolutionary, upgradeable Android-based Mini PC. The latest release of the ActivPanel (launched in January 2017) replaced infrared sensors with innovative InGlass Touch and Writing Technology.
The ActivPanel is supplied with ClassFlow Desktop, Promethean’s next generation interactive teaching software, that alongside the new ActivPanel; means Promethean has created a powerful software and hardware combination to engage students and enhance the learning experience.
