Promethean named as finalist in Bett Awards 2021

Published: February 5th, 2021

Promethean is thrilled to announce that it has been shortlisted as Company of the Year (over £3m turnover) in the Bett Awards 2021.

Celebrating the education technology community, the Bett Awards are renowned for showcasing leading edtech solutions. Rewarding the innovating and inspiring work that is conducted on a yearly basis, the Bett Awards recognise companies and solutions that aim to bolster the learning space for students and teachers.

During a time which saw schools faced with more pressures and challenges than ever before, Promethean’s unique understanding of market needs, and expansive education pedigree have resulted in it being named as a Company of the Year finalist.

Remaining fully operational during the nationwide lockdown and responding to educators and partners evolving needs, Promethean continued to deliver practical solutions, enhanced its service and increased customer support to help navigate industry challenges.

Expanding its ActivPanel demonstration programme to offer virtual, remote and onsite solutions for schools, investing in its technological solutions to support remote learning and retaining the lines of communications with educators, are just some of the reasons why Promethean has been recognised within this coveted category.

Jim Wallis, Promethean’s Head of UKI Markets, explained: “The last year has been an exceptional challenge for the education community, but one that has been handled with passion and resilience. With education at the core of everything we do, this shortlisting is the perfect accolade to demonstrate our ongoing commitment to the industry and highlight our growth over the last year.”

The Bett Awards are scheduled to go ahead at the Bett Awards Ceremony on the 16th June 2021 at The Brewery in London. To find out more about the event, please visit www.bettawards.com
