Under the MoU, Promethean and the Lebanon MEHE will create 21st century classrooms to deepen, strengthen and improve primary education across the country. The aim of the project is to implement new teaching and learning practices to motivate students, increase learning productivity and effectively leverage technology to boost learning productivity and student collaboration in classrooms.
As part of the understanding the Lebanon MEHE have selected six primary schools where interactive whiteboard technology and software will be installed. Together, the two organizations will establish a professional development program to provide educators with skills on how to implement an integrated teaching and learning platform based on the Lebanese curriculum.
Both Promethean and the Lebanese government are committed to improving life chances of pupils and the economic condition of the country by supporting educational success and outcomes through the use of innovative collaborative technology.
