What details do you need to provide to Promethean Technical Support when you contact them?

• The postcode/zip code of your organization, and that of the site where the product is installed.
• The serial number of your product
• The operating system e.g. Windows 10 or macOS 11.2.1.
• The software version e.g. ActivInspire v2.21.69364.
• The firmware version.
• The ActivDriver version (Not applicable for ActivPanel 9 Premium).
