Promethean is exhibiting at EduTECH 2020, giving Australian educators the opportunity to Experience the Elements and learn more about using its ActivPanel front of class display bolster pedagogical best practice.
Hosted completely online, the event is being held 9th – 10th November, during which time Promethean is inviting delegates to Experience the Elements at its VIP Virtual Tour. Promethean will take visitors on an exclusive journey to explore the benefits of the ActivPanel Elements Series and to hear how it can transform the modern teaching and learning space.
Promethean’s most intuitive and user-friendly ActivPanel yet, the ActivPanel Elements Series, has been designed by teachers specifically for education. By joining the VIP Virtual Tour, educators will be introduced to its abilities and functionalities and will also have the opportunity to see the ActivPanel in action. Delivering a practical session to demonstrate how the ActivPanel can be used within lessons, Promethean will be applying technology to lesson delivery evaluating how it can enhance the environment and encourage student engagement.

With a series of presentations available, visitors can choose between bitesize sessions or full-length recordings of thought-leadership content.

– Tony Ryan, Education Futurist and Author will provide valuable insights into how teachers can look after their mental and physical wellbeing with a presentation on Coping with 2020.
– Stephen Holden, Executive Headteacher will be reviewing how a change in the layout of the classroom environment, could transform learning for students.
Furthermore, after a year like no other, Promethean is mapping the edtech landscape with its second State of Technology in Education Report survey. Inviting educators to share their thoughts, opinions and experiences, Promethean is encouraging visitors to the stand to submit a response to the 2021 State of Technology in Education Report, to measure the impact the pandemic has had on key topics facing education.
As part of this exciting agenda, Education Futurist, Tony Ryan will be hosting a roundtable alongside six education specialists from across the country. The panellists include Principals, IT Officers, Digital Learning specialists and more, and the group will discuss a range of key edtech topics including staff training and the impact of budgets. The roundtable will take place on Monday 9th November at 12:20pm.
