Activdriver v4 Installation Instructions


1. Unplug your Activboard or Activhub.  In the case of an Activboard, you can either unplug the usb lead or the power lead.


2. Uninstall your existing Activdriver by clicking on Start, Settings if this appears, Control Panel & Add or Remove Programs.
   In the Add Remove Program window click on Activdriver and then on Change/Remove.

3. In the Activdriver Installshield Window that appears, click on Remove, then Next.

4. Confirm the uninstall by clicking on Ok.

5. When the uninstallation is complete, a dialog box may appear appear prompting you to restart your computer.  If so, ensure that Yes, I want to restart my computer now is selected, then click on Finish.

6. Double click on the file saved when you downloaded the driver.

7. Select the setup language, click on Ok and follow the on-screen prompts.
   In the Customer Information window, leave the Install this application for: option set to Anyone who uses this computer (all users).

8. You can now reconnect the Activboard or Activhub.
