$100.00 per person - Registration fee will be waived for the first 100 registrants. (Registration for the Sarasota User Group Conference will open on January 16, until February 1, 2008.)

The Hyatt Sarasota is fully booked. However, we have contracted with two overflow hotels. Room blocks have been extended to January 31, 2008. Please reserve your hotel rooms today to take advantage of the conference rate. To reserve your hotel room, please contact the hotels listed above and reference the "Promethean User Group" room block. Please book your rooms before by January 31, 2008. All unreserved rooms will be released on January 31, 2008.
Ground Transportation:
All attendees are responsible for their own airport/hotel transfers. Promethean will provide shuttle service from each hotel location to Sarasota Middle School each day of the conference. Please check the shuttle schedule in the hotel lobby upon arrival.

Promethean's ACTIV08 User Group Conferences are an opportunity to connect with Promethean users, experts, and staff for motivation, education, and community. Join us to share best practices, build valuable relationships, and together explore new opportunities for your classroom.
The first two-day user group event will take place on February 15-16, 2008 in Sarasota, Florida where there is fun, sun, and a lot of learning. Educators from across the country are welcome to attend and present. For all of you Florida educators, Friday, February 15 is a day off for teachers, so come and join us in Sarasota.
