Teaching and Learning Consultant (TLC)

Summary

Teaching and Learning Consultants provide support for implementation of the Activclassroom in their region. The TLC works directly with the Area Sales Manager and Reseller to communicate and perform follow-up activities with end-using customers of the solution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Model and organize regionalized User Group sessions for customers
• Drive and facilitate the creation of self-sustaining Promethean user communities at a local and regional level
• Assist and coordinate the development of customer sites for tours of best practices, places to conduct customer demonstrations, and hold regional user group sessions
• Consult with customers to help them define a training and professional development plan to support the implementation of Activclassrooms
• Assist with the staffing of Promethean booths at local and national trade shows and conferences
• Effectively customize presentations and demonstrate the Promethean Activclassroom to various audiences
