Engaging Students with Special Needs

Principal Diana Strohecker of Millersville Elementary School in Baltimore, MD, shares her passion for integrating technology into everyday classroom activities with students with Autism. Along with educators Katie King and Emily Minegerode, Diana explains the benefits of using interactive, engaging technology and lessons when attempting to teach students with special needs. Using the Activboard and Activclassroom components, she asserts, makes all the difference in the world in attracting and maintaining student interest.
