Here you can find details of a number of collaborative research projects that Promethean is involved in, working with specialist researchers to explore the impact of our Activboard technology in the classroom around the globe. We have commissioned a number of action research projects investigating the relationship between the use of Activboard technology and educational attainment and added value educational outcomes.

Conducting research allows us to seek answers to a wide range of questions about the impact collaborative learning technologies have in relation to the development and enhancement of learning opportunities and teaching strategies.

We believe such inquiry based research is critical to helping shape thinking on a wide range of educational issues, as well as producing a clearer and more detailed understanding of the beneficial impact our technology can bring in schools and colleges, and thereby raising educational standards across the globe.
