Queens Award for Innovation, 2003

The Queen's Award is the UK's top Award for business performance, and honors both the management and workforce alike.  Presented by the Lord-Lieutenant of Lancashire, Promethean received recognition within the 'innovation' category, for 'outstanding innovation' in the development of the ACTIVboard Plus, interactive whiteboard.

The award recognizes the development of the ACTIVboard which enhances whole group teaching and learning, placing Promethean among the best companies in the UK for innovation and product development.
