District Administration – District’s Choice Top 100 Awards, 2003

To select the District’s Choice Top 100 Products for 2003, District Administration surveyed comments from a percentage of the magazine’s 75,000 readers.  In addition, a core group of the magazine's staffers and editorial advisory board provided input on the thousands of new products they see each year.  Now in its 16th year, the District's Choice Top 100 cite four product categories—Internet, software, hardware, and books and miscellaneous.
