There are number of options that you can use to contact Promethean.
The Promethean Knowledgebase is an online database of commonly asked technical questions. It exists in a number of different languages and gives you the ability to search by product. There are also common links to the most viewed support articles and information on registering your product warranty.
Promethean software downloads are available on Promethean Planet. Select the software product you need and follow the directions listed there. Some software downloads require a software or hardware serial number.
Note: if you simply need to update your ActivInspire software to the newest version, that can be done through ActivInspire. Open the software on your computer, select "Help", then select "Check for Updates" to get started.
Drivers are available on the Promethean Knowledgebase. Simply select "Drivers",browse to the appropriate product, and follow the instructions.
As well as access to free teaching resources, professional development advice and software tips, Promethean Planet also features an active educator forum. Browse the forums to learn from fellow educators or post your questions to get help from our huge online community.
