Winners of the 2005 Distributor of the Year Award

Held at the exclusive Hilton Metropole in London and attended by over 700 guests from within the AV industry, Promethean fought off tight competition from entrants such as Maverick and Byerdynamic.

In awarding Promethean AV the prestigious title the judges commented: "Traditionally, Distributor of the Year is the most closely fought category in the AV awards, with 2005 proving no exception. Previous winners Maverick and Midwich made great progress and submitted exemplary entries, but were narrowly beaten by Promethean, whose rebranding and business development activities – including events and the provision of reseller marketing materials – were especially praised by this years’ judges."
