A digital presenter is a simple way to share documents, objects, photographs, negatives, either static or moving to a large audience, or via video conferencing links to remote sites.

Why digital?

Enhancements built into the DVP let you freeze, annotate, rotate, save, recall, compare images, all without the need for a PC.

Why is it supplied with a mouse?

The mouse lets you access the built-in GUI feature lets you control the image freeze, annotate, save recall and compare functions.

Am I “tied to the desk” when using the DHP?

No, all the DHP functions are accessible via the supplied remote control unit.

But what about my PC?

Software supplied with the presenter lets you view, capture, and print those documents / objects. Additionally you can control all the DVP functions from the PC

Can I use it with an interactive whiteboard?

Yes, any brand and model of interactive board can work with the DVP. You can then use the whiteboard software to annotate over the captured documents or save them to the whiteboard application software. It also works very well in-conjunction with an interactive panel.

Where would I use the DVP?

In Schools - Science and technology lessons, showing objects (eg biology samples) resistant materials technologies, Chemistry experiments, physics, sharing coursework, sharing student work.

In FE colleges - As per schools, as a shared resource amongst many classrooms.
In Universities - Classrooms, lecture theatres, ideal for sharing objects to larger audiences.

In Hospitals - Teaching hospitals, medical schools with training and lecture rooms for sharing documents, reviewing tissue samples. Possible use in tele-medicine with remote diagnosis.

In Commercial - Sharing documents, product design and review, video conferencing.
In law - Presentation of evidence in court rooms (as already used in Scottish courts).

In Auction houses - Showing auction items, particularly smaller objects to a large audience, fragile objects etc.

In anywhere else - Where you need to share your document / object instantly.
